When he moans, she murmurs something in response; it doesn't really matter what it is, and it very possibly could be nothing at all, the point is just that it's a happy little noise indeed.
This may be a little tiny bit evil, but it's evil with the best of intentions and she kind of loves doing this to him sometimes. She loves looking back up at him and seeing that she can make him react like this, and that means that yes, she will be watching him a bit more.
